Absolutely incredible!  And how timely ... this is something I've been thinking about a bit lately because I've realised that my desires for cooked foods are almost always because I subconsciously want that numbed feeling.  I used to think it was because I hadn't eaten enough fruit during the day, but lately I've discovered that no matter how much fruit I eat, I still crave that drugging I get from foods in the evening.  What an interesting journey this is!!

Thanks for posting, Harmony!  <3

I'm glad you enjoyed it, Debbie! ;D
I had seen this a few months back, and was just reminded of it today when I saw it on youtube. I had found it really helpful to listen to, so I hoped others here would enjoy it just as much.
I sometimes have that problem, too, where no matter how much fruit I eat, I still have the emotions to battle. :) It will be wonderful when we can all get past that point! It really is quite a journey, I agree.

thank you so much for posting this, it has really inspired me.
She is a great speaker isn't she? She has a lot of energy and passion, and speaks really clearly and directly. I think I needed to listen to those words...
I agree - this is QUITE a journey. I started to meditate because I knew deep down that I'm always running away from my emotions, and that I just want to feel them. Still, it can be quite difficult to get out of habits. But yes, it is a journey and I'm enjoying it despite its rocky terrain :D

RawFoodGrandma:
Wow, those were amazing, thank you so much!!!

I want to listen to it through again before I go to bed tonight.  I'd love to share them with David but he can't sit still for that length of time so I'll just have to tell him about it.

Thank you :-*
